Practical health and safe investing guidance for working adults
I share simple, real-world lessons on health habits and money decisions so busy people can build a stronger body, a calmer mind, and a more stable future.

My name is Abhishek Sikka. I help busy working adults improve their health habits and understand simple, safe investing so they can feel better in their body and more secure with their money. This site is not about quick fixes. It is about small, realistic changes that you can keep for life. This health and investment blog is written for real people, not for perfection seekers.
If you’re a working adult who feels stuck between low energy, stress, and confusion about money, start small. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a few simple habits you can repeat most days.
Health habits for Indian working adults
Small, sustainable changes in sleep, food, movement, and routine can improve energy, weight, and long-term health more than short bursts of motivation.
- Go to bed at roughly the same time every night, even if nothing else changes.
- Add 10–20 minutes of movement most days (walk or simple strength work).
- Make one meal a day cleaner (less fried/packaged food, more real food).
- Drink 2.5 to 3.0 litters water everyday. or more if you sweat a lot.
Safe investing for normal working adults
Safer investing starts with clarity, patience, and simple decisions. I write about practical investing for ordinary working adults who want fewer mistakes and better long-term habits
- Know your monthly expenses and build a small emergency fund.
- Make sure you have term insurance and health insurance.
- Start or review a simple SIP in 1–2 diversified mutual funds.
- Only then think about trading as a hedging and risk‑management tool, not a shortcut.
If you want to go deeper into the markets, my YouTube channel Students of Market has 50+ videos on F&O, technical analysis, and risk management for traders who want to treat markets like a serious skill, not a lottery.
